How to live mindfully?
Free our mind and soul with knowledge and meditation
How do we define knowledge? And I don't mean the world news type of knowledge. As Aristotle said "Knowing thyself is the beginning of all wisdom." That is the knowledge I am talking about here. Knowledge that you can use to better yourself and when you are better, you can help others to be better as well.
How do we gain these knowledge? There are many sources...from reading a book/watching a video or taking a workshop or class, from your own or your friend's life experiences, and from someone who has the ability to guide you like a coach or an expert in the area of your concern.
How do we free our souls you asked? It is done by quieting the mind. It is done by forgiving others. It is done by living a life of authenticity. It is done by living in the moment. It is done by leading with your heart. When you can live a life without any attachment then you are truly free.
Remember life is a journey not a destination, you live it by one day at a time!
